How does the exchange process work?
Once you have two or more empty cylinders- use the return box your cylinders arrived to you in, and apply the provided return label to start a CO2 Exchange.
Once your cylinders have been shipped back to us, you will be sent your exchange coupon to the email address provided.
Apply your exchange coupon at checkout to purchase more cylinders at a discount.

Tips for a successful exchange
-Sign up for an account prior to sending your cylinders to get your coupon as quickly as possible.
-Fill out the provided slip with your name and email address clearly written, or include a note with this info.
-Take a picture of, or write down your tracking number in case there are any unexpected delays.
-Check your Promotions and Spam folders if you aren't seeing the coupon in your email inbox 1 business day after the tracking shows it has been delivered!
