Important CO2 Exchange Updates

IMPORTANT UPDATE RE: CO2 EXCHANGE

We are beginning the process of transitioning from 'coupon codes' to 'store credit'. This will make the checkout process much simpler. No more searching for the email containing your exchange coupon, and no more needing to copy and paste your coupon code at checkout! When you return cylinders with Drinkmate, your exchange coupon will now be applied as a store credit, which will be visible at the payment screen when making a purchase*.

*Store credit is issued to the account provided. You must be logged in the correct account for the store credit to appear and to be able to apply it to a purchase. DO NOT CHOOSE AN EXPRESS PAYMENT METHOD. This will bypass the payment screen where you can apply store credit.

Store credit can easily be applied on the Payment screen (last step of the checkout page). Just click 'apply store credit' (see bottom left of the screenshot below), and your store credit will be applied towards your purchase.

Notes:

-You cannot apply a partial amount of your store credit to an order. For example, if your order total is $100 and you have $55 in store credit, you cannot apply only $25 of your store credit. The entire $55 will be applied. This does not mean you have to spend $55 on your order. For example, if your order total is $40 and you have $55 in store credit you apply to the order- your order will be paid in full, and you will have $15 remaining in store credit.

-Discount codes can be combined with store credit. If you have an applicable discount code you want to apply to your purchase, and also have store credit you wish to redeem, both can be applied on a purchase.

-If you have outstanding discount codes from previous CO2 exchanges, these will be converted to store credit.
