Sparkling Cosmopolitan

1 1/2 oz citron vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 dash orange bitters
1 oz cold water
Garnish: curly orange twist
• Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake 8-10 seconds to chill
• Strain and transfer to DrinkMate bottle
• Depress button until gas vents
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
• Slowly pour into champagne flute
• Garnish
• Note: If doubling recipe, carbonate and release pressure an additional time before serving

Harvest Whiskey Sour

4 oz chilled apple cider
1 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: wide orange twist
• Add all ingredients to DrinkMate bottle
• Depress button until gas vents
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
• Pour into ice filled rocks or highball glass
• Garnish
• Note: If doubling recipe, carbonate and release pressure an additional time before serving

Winter Blossom

4 oz chilled white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
1 oz chilled pomegranate juice, such as POM
1/4 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: wide lemon twist, pomegranate seeds
• Add all ingredients to DrinkMate bottle
• Depress button until gas vents.
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
• Slowly pour into champagne flute
• Garnish by twisting lemon peel over surface of drink, then discard. Float pomegranate seeds in drink.

Canadian Cream Soda

4 oz water
4 oz apple cider
1/2 oz real maple syrup
3 drops vanilla extract
• Add all ingredients to Drinkmate bottle
• Depress button until gas vents
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure using quick release valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the wand
• Pour into ice-filled glass
