Empty Cylinder Shipping Instructions
Service is only available in the 48 contiguous states, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
Follow these quick instructions to pack your cylinders safely and efficiently:
Step One:
Be sure your cylinders are completely empty by pressing the top pin with a blunt tool to release any remaining CO2.
Do not mark, write on, or in anyway alter the cylinder!
*Any cylinders showing any signs of damage or abuse are never to be included in a return.*
Step Two:
Place your empty cylinders securely in the authorized return box. Need an authorized return box? Click here.
Step Three:
**If your return package has any of the following included, or you do not have an authorized return box, click here to get one. **
Step Four:
Apply prepaid return label. Please take a picture, or write down your tracking number incase there are any unexpected delays.

Due to new USPS shipping requirements of cylinders, we cannot provide a USPS return label any longer. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Tips for a Successful Exchange!
- Sign up for an account prior to sending your cylinders to get your store credit as quickly as possible.
- Take a picture of the label, or write down your tracking number just incase there are any unexpected delays.
- Do not choose an EXPRESS PAYMENT option when attempting to apply your store credit to your next purchase. This will bypass the screen where your store credit can be applied. Wait until you are on the payment screen, which is the last step in the checkout process, the store credit can be applied to the order right above where you enter a credit card
