Empty Cylinder Shipping Instructions
Service is only available in the 48 contiguous states, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
Follow these quick instructions to pack your cylinders safely and efficiently:
Step One:
Be sure your cylinders are completely empty. Do not mark, write on, or in anyway alter the cylinder!
*Any cylinders showing any signs of damage or abuse are never to be included in a return.*
Step Two:
Place your empty cylinders securely in the authorized return box. Need an authorized return box? Click here.
Step Three:
**If your return package has any of the following included, or you do not have an authorized return box, click here to get one. **
Step Four:
Apply prepaid return label. Please take a picture, or write down your tracking number incase there are any unexpected delays.

Due to USPS shipping requirements we can only provide a USPS return label if you have two empty cylinders in the package. They cannot accept more than two empty cylinders at a time in their network. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Tips for a Successful Exchange!
- Sign up for an account prior to sending your cylinders to get your store credit as quickly as possible.
- Take a picture of the label, or write down your tracking number just incase there are any unexpected delays.
