Bourbon Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon sugar

3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 teaspoon water

2 ounces bourbon

Garnish: orange peel

Instructions: 

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
2. Pour your sugar water and bourbon into your Drinkmate OmniFizz and carbonate!
3. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and pour your fizzed concoction into your glass.
4. Rub the orange peel over the glass rim, then drop in.

Papa Bear Grapefruit Cocktail or Mocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select (Optional)

3/4 oz Cocchi Rosa (Optional)

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Honey Syrup 1:1 ratio of honey and water

1/2 oz Ginger Concentrate or Syrup

1 Garnish with Grapefruit Slice

Instructions: 

1. Pour all of the ingredients into your Drinkmate OmniFizz and carbonate!
2. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
