Partridge in a Pear Tree Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz Absolut pear vodka

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

White Wine to top

Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions: 

1. Combine the Absolute pear vodka, white wine, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. 

2. Pour into your Drinkmate OmniFizz soda maker and carbonate. 

3. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and pour your fizzed concoction into your glass.

4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. 

Poinsettia Spritz

Ingredients:

1 shot Vodka

2 oz Cranberry Juice or Pomegranate Juice

1 shot St. Germain Liquor

2 oz White Wine

Fresh Cranberries

Slice of Rosemary and Orange for serving

Instructions: 

1. Pour all the ingredients into your Drinkmate OmniFizz and carbonate!
